Summary: We needed an accessible home for my mom who is in a wheelchair and space to accommodate two families with kids and this house was perfect. Very spacious, clean, had everything we needed and was a very short walk to the beach. We would certainly come back here again. Norm, was a great communicator but we didn’t need anything during our stay, except for better weather, but it’s the Oregon Coast after all.

Summary: Our family got together here and enjoyed staying together here for spring break. This is a beautiful home with comfort and light. We enjoyed exploring the beach and nearby ancient forests and trails. The owner is very accommodating and helpful.

Summary: We had the good fortune of finding this dream house to celebrate our daughter’s birthday last weekend. From start to finish, our time at the property was the perfect weekend away. First of all, the host of the property is so kind- and beyond accommodating. You can also tell how much he has put into the home as it is even more lovely in person! The location is perfectly situated between Lincoln City and Pacific City, but also boasts some surprisingly delicious food options right in Neskowin! In addition to being tucked away from the main roads safely in a gated community, we particularly enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach in under 5 minutes. If you are thinking about staying here, just do it, you will not regret it!

Summary: Our stay did not disappoint! Plenty of room for the 7 of us including our 2 year old. Everything was there for the little one including booster seat, pint-sized bed, kids eating utensils and story books. Fun at the beach, too, for her first time exploring at low tide and collecting treasures!Kitchen was spacious for multiple cooks and included everything we needed. Lots of windows to peek at the ocean with decks at every primary bedroom. Living, dining and kitchen areas are very light and open with more than enough room for all.We enjoyed our time and had a great getaway!Steve M.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Norm, a beautiful cozy house. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby beach, and the house itself was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Norm was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the beach

Summary: From the start of reservation to checking out the communication was outstanding with property owner Norm. The house and area were BEAUTIFUL and 1 minute walk to beach was wonderful. Our large family fit perfectly in the home which made for a quality gathering. House and property were immaculate and kitchen well stocked with cooking items. Norm, the property owner, was ABOVE expectation and responded immediately with a couple of our requests. He truly became a part of our family. We will return again and highly recommend this property.

Summary: My family and I arrived after the 4 pm check-in time and found the front door wide open. Unsure if we should enter we finally did and discovered a woman. She said she only had a few hours to clean and was just leaving. Additionally, she said would contact the host to tell him she had not finished and I would receive a discount. My family and I were surprised at the mess in the house, floors had debris all over, towels and linens were not washed, one bed had no pillows (we drove to town and bought some). I spent the first evening of my family holiday cleaning up after the previous guests. Upon attempting to make coffee the following morning we discovered moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. Despite being a new home there are a number of items broken. An upstairs bathroom faucet drips and the garbage disposal was broken. I would only recommend if you are okay with cleaning the home before your stay. I did share my concerns with the host and was offered no solutions or discount as promised by the woman in the unit when I arrived.my family loves the area so we will be back, just at a different rental.

Summary: Our family loved staying at this very comfortable and spacious home. We appreciated how clean and beautiful it was, and only a few minutes walk to the beach! Summary: We had our honeymoon in Neskowin 50 years ago, so delighted and blessed to celebrate this year in this fantastic new home with all the amenities you would ever need. We really appreciated the on-grade access, huge open great room, and traditional family home feel of the decor. The king size bed very comfortable. The design of this home is obviously well thought out, as the extra master suite and loft suite at the upper level make for a very versatile accommodation. I could see us coming back next year for a large family reunion. Thanks Norm Scott family !
